A COUNTRY AND WESTERN EVENING

SATURDAY 26th JULY

Take a steam train ride through the Somerset Countryside with the promise of a Country andWestern evening at Minehead Station and the mouth watering smells of a pig roast wafting to meet you as you disembark. (A vegetarian option will also be available). A bar will be available on the platform for drinks to be purchased. Your train will have left Bishops Lydeard at 18.30 getting to Minehead about an hour later. As your train will not leave again until 21.30 you will have plenty of time to enjoy the foot tapping music, the Yorkie Band, and the food provided on the platform.
A wonderful way to start a Late Summer weekend as the school holidays start. Your payment includes the return train journey and a voucher to exchange for your meal and first drink at Minehead.

SWING BAND EVENING

SATURDAY 23rd AUGUST

A steam train ride through the Somerset Countryside with the promise of a jazz band playing as you arrive at Minehead Station and the appetising smells of a barbeque wafting to meet you. (A vegetarian option will also be available). A bar will be available on the platform for drinks to be purchased. Your train will have left Bishops Lydeard at 18.30 getting to Minehead about an hour later. As your train will not leave again until 21.30 you will have plenty of time to enjoy the music, the Tone Valley Jazz Band, and the food provided on the platform.
