Panto Train

Immerse yourself in a Panto experience with flair! Join beloved Panto characters for a vibrant trip from Bishops Lydeard to Williton, complete with abundant audience interaction!

Your adventure begins in the welcome marquee at Bishops Lydeard. Enjoy a short presentation of the characters before boarding the train. Witness the narrative come to life while seated in the cozy confines of the train.

Your return journey will involve a sing along with the Panto characters, more fun and laughter!

Pre-book your tickets as seats for each train are limited and are expected to sell quickly.

There is no catering option or gift given on the Panto Train. The welcome marquee will be open before the train departs to purchase drinks and snacks to take on board with you. There is a hot chocolate and cookie add on for £5 which can be purchased at the time of purchasing your ticket.

Please note, only assistance dogs are allowed on our festive trains. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing an assistance dog. 

Important: Should you place multiple bookings and wish to have your groups seated together, kindly inform us in the booking notes or by emailing [email protected] with the distinct booking references and names of the groups. Please do this as soon as possible after booking your tickets. We will ensure that all tickets within a single booking are seated together. Advance notice of any special access requirements for your party is also appreciated.

Please be aware that this service departs from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. All details regarding how to reach us will be included in your confirmation email along with your tickets. It is crucial that you read this information thoroughly to ensure timely arrival at the event. Owing to the high demand for our services, we cannot guarantee accommodation on an alternative service should you miss your train or arrive at an incorrect departure point.
